Community Building Rental Application

A $50 reservation deposit (applied to your rental fee) is due at the time of booking to hold your date; all other fees are due no later than 10 days before the event. A $100 damage deposit and $150 cleaning deposit are also required — see the Community Building page for full rates, the cleaning checklist, and rules and regulations.
